His bio describes him as "highly focused on retiring my bloodline strictly through memecoins," and his feed mixes coin calls, market polls, and crude running jokes in roughly equal measure. His identity is not publicly known.

Catfish Calls by Poe

Poe's main distribution channel is Catfish Calls by Poe, a Telegram channel with about 36,800 subscribers as of 2026 per the tracking site TelegramInformer, which lists it among the larger US crypto channels. The channel posts tickers with entry market caps and running commentary, and its self description is unusually blunt for the alpha group genre: "I degen hard af. Nothing on this channel is financial advice," alongside an admission that "I am working to pump my bags & urs." That framing, openly self interested rather than dressed up as research, is central to his brand and is often cited by followers as the reason they trust him more than polished KOL operations.

Calling style

Poe's calls span cycles and chains. A September 2022 post pushed the Solana era community coin $SUZUME as an "incredible break out with an incredible community." Later indexed posts show calls and commentary on tokens including $PNUT, $SHRUB, and $FRED, and an August 2025 post made the case for the 4chan lore coin $bucky at a 40 million dollar market cap while admitting he is "not really one for 'lore' coins." Reception

As with any caller, the record is contested terrain. Followers credit him with early entries on runners; skeptics apply the standard criticism of the caller genre, that a channel with tens of thousands of followers moves the low caps it names, making every call partly self fulfilling and every exit somebody else's exit liquidity. Poe's own disclaimers concede the point in advance.
