Adin Ross is a Kick streamer whose crypto gambling broadcasts and role in the January 2025 MLG coin collapse made him one of the most contested celebrity figures in memecoin culture.

Adin Ross is an American livestreamer, best known for high audience broadcasts on Kick, whose gambling content and memecoin involvement made him a recurring and controversial presence in crypto coverage. Within the trenches he is discussed less as a trader than as a case study in what happens when mainstream streaming audiences meet meme coin mechanics.

Twitch bans and the move to Kick

Ross's platform history predates and frames his memecoin controversies. He received a temporary Twitch suspension on April 10, 2021, after YouTuber Zias used a homophobic slur during a stream Ross was hosting; Twitch lifted the ban on April 12, 2021. He was banned again, this time indefinitely, on April 20, 2022, after a homophobic slur was used on a stream broadcast from YourRage's channel, with Twitch citing hateful slurs or symbols; he resumed streaming in June 2022.

Ross moved to Kick shortly before Twitch banned him a third time, permanently, on February 25, 2023, for what Twitch described as hateful conduct, after he displayed an unmoderated Kick chat on screen containing racist and antisemitic comments. Coverage at the time by Gamerant and Dexerto framed the move to Kick as the platform outbidding Twitch for him with an undisclosed, reportedly record breaking deal. Twitch lifted the permanent ban on March 29, 2025, and Ross returned to the platform after roughly two years away, while continuing to stream on Kick as his primary home.

Crypto gambling streams

Ross built part of his streaming brand on sponsored crypto casino content, broadcasting high stakes gambling sessions on platforms such as Stake. Critics cited in coverage of the practice argue that such streams market gambling to young viewers, with reports describing teenagers chasing losses after watching them. Those criticisms are directed at the sponsored gambling stream format and its promoters broadly, and Ross has continued the content amid them.

The MLG coin collapse

Ross's defining memecoin episode was MLG coin (360noscope420blazeit), a Solana token launched in October 2024 and promoted by Ross and FaZe Clan cofounder FaZe Banks. According to CCN and Yahoo Entertainment, aggressive endorsements helped push the coin from about 3 million dollars to over 150 million dollars in market capitalization in January 2025 before it collapsed toward zero, wiping out fan positions and triggering rug pull accusations across social media. In leaked screenshots that Ross confirmed were authentic, Banks blamed Ross, calling him a bad actor whose promotion had been used as exit liquidity. Banks stepped down as FaZe Clan CEO amid accusations that he manipulated the price. Ross denied orchestrating or participating in any rug, saying that if viewers thought MLG being rugged was him, he was sorry to tell them it was not. The competing accusations between the two men remain allegations; neither has been the subject of a public enforcement finding over the episode in the sources consulted.

The feud stayed alive into 2026. A May 2026 clip showed Banks addressing the MLG stream directly, claiming "I lost money on this trade.. I literally said don't buy it," while a team account aligned with Banks alleged that Ross had pressured projects for free or discounted token supply, citing an instance of 0.5 percent of a token's supply worth about 500,000 dollars. Both sets of claims are attributed and unresolved.

The ADIN token

An Official Adin Ross Coin, ticker ADIN, was also launched on Solana under Ross's name. Coverage by Bitget Wallet describes a launch that spiked on the strength of Ross's Kick promotion before crashing more than 90 percent as early snipers exited, with a Bitget trading guide putting ADIN's market capitalization around 3,700 dollars by March 8, 2026.

Later claims and losses

Ross has repeatedly made his crypto results part of his content. Reports aggregating his statements say he claimed losses upwards of 37 million dollars across memecoin cycles and liquidations as of late 2025. In January 2026, while promoting another memecoin, he claimed that Luigi Mangione, the alleged UnitedHealthcare shooter, had tried to hack his wallet from prison to "drop a memecoin," then hedged with "it probably wasn't him." Cryptopolitan covered the claim on January 8, 2026 as an unverified allegation by Ross rather than a verified event; a separate Mangione themed coin had reached a market capitalization of 77 million dollars after the shooter's arrest. As with all self reported figures from entertainers, his stated wins and losses are unaudited.

Cultural footprint

Ross is cited in trench culture as the archetype of celebrity flow: an audience so large that any coin he touches briefly becomes a market, and any collapse becomes a scandal with someone else's name attached. The MLG episode is a standard reference point in debates over celebrity coin wave accountability.

During the December 2025 leak spree by the streamer duo Bagwork, Drake reportedly called Ross to ask who the pair were, quoted as saying "I don't even know who the fuck those kids are," a detail trench natives cite as evidence Ross is the person outside celebrities call to interpret the trenches. Adjacent to his memecoin activity, Ross spent much of 2026 promoting a GTA 6 roleplay server where players could cash out in game earnings for real money, pitching it with "You can quit your jobs and work in my server as a janitor, babysitter, you could even be a Bitcoin."
