TIL is a crypto trader and influencer active in the Solana memecoin scene, posting on X as @tilcrypto. He is a ranked presence on kolscan, listed in the local January 2026 dataset at rank 32 with a weekly profit of 20.86 SOL, and he appeared on the live kolscan daily leaderboard on August 18, 2026, with a daily profit of 57.82 SOL. His following, at about 17,500 as of August 2026, is smaller than his reputation suggests; TIL is known through leaderboards and trader circles rather than mass audience.

Trading career

TIL trades launches in the trenches, primarily on pump.fun, and narrates the results to a substantial following. His best known claim, recorded in the local KOL dataset from January 2026, is that he made more than one million dollars in 30 days starting from a small bankroll. The claim is self reported and has not been independently verified; the same dataset notes that observers treat his headline figures with caution. His tracked wallet results on public leaderboards are more modest but consistent, which is itself the profile of many trench influencers whose social claims and on chain records occupy different orders of magnitude.

Independent tracker numbers now exist. KOL Explorer classifies TIL as a speed flipper with a 2 percent hold ratio, recording 1,749 trades across 442 tokens in a representative week at about 769 dollars average size, a thirty day PnL of about positive 45,900 dollars, and a best recent trade of 15,434 dollars on Z500, as fetched on August 19, 2026. Third party daily leaderboards have placed him at their top in stretches: in late August 2025 daily KOL PnL boards repeatedly listed him top five alongside Cupsey and Cented, including rank 4 with 112,170 dollars on August 30, 2025, while AssetDash's MobyScreener had him climbing to rank 6 with 61,700 dollars.

His self reported peaks are larger and carry the caution already described: "+450k on the month, better than last" in June 2025 and a "5M PNL OTW" celebration in May 2025. He has also posted against his own mythology, admitting to being stuck averaging 50 to 60 SOL a day for a month and that he had "never had a 1,000+ sol PNL". His most famous fumble is dated April 30, 2025: "yes my mate deployed $gork. yes I wasn't online. yes I faded 6 figures", a reference to gork.

Public presence

TIL's posting style is aggressive and hype forward, framing memecoin trading as an adrenaline pursuit while also producing educational framing for newcomers, a mix the local dataset labels as part influencer and part educator. He engages with market analysis discussions and platform metas, and his account is a common entry point through which retail audiences first encounter trench culture vocabulary.

He is embedded in an Australian trading circle that CT jokingly calls the Aus cabal, a community label. Absol has said he met TIL while working four jobs in 12th grade, when TIL "was already in the crypto space," crediting him for his own entry. TIL has complained about the geography of the game: "so im not allowed to trade these coins because of my region. this isnt even crypto anymore".

In the culture wars he stakes positions on both sides: on vamping, "i know vamping is normal and sometimes justified but three over an M is wild", and on the dominant platform, "pumpfun making all the wrong moves and 0 right moves. shalom". He has also warned young winners against lifestyle creep. His micro exits are tracked by a dedicated mockery bot, Agent_Troll007, which posts receipts such as a 308 dollar sale at a 10,000 dollar market cap captioned as the market maker's favorite exit strategy.

Controversies

The caution around his profit claims is the principal criticism attached to TIL, voiced in community discussion and reflected in the local dataset's note that his claims should be taken skeptically. The gap between marketed results and tracked results is a standing critique of the influencer trader category generally.

The most specific allegation on record is the fake $VERSE snipe: an on chain analysis thread by SoloJayQ claimed that TIL and an alleged alternate wallet of his friend Absol sniped the fake $VERSE launch for over 800,000 dollars of combined PnL, identifying the wallets through shared centralized exchange deposits. Absol replied "thanks for playing". The claim is an allegation by that analyst; no formal finding exists, and it remains CT forensics rather than an established conclusion.

Cultural footprint

TIL exemplifies the trench influencer hybrid: enough real leaderboard presence to be credible, enough marketing instinct to be famous. His name surfaces in debates about how much of trench profitability is real and how much is content, one of the culture's oldest arguments.
