LMAO, traded under the ticker LMAO!, is a meme coin on [[Solana]] launched through [[pump.fun]] in October 2025. Like [[TESTICLE]] it is a coin about nothing except its own name: the project's site lmao.land and its account @theLMAOcoin market it as pure internet laughter, with the explicit promise of no roadmap and no pretense of being the next Bitcoin. The exchange XT, which later listed the token, summarized the pitch as "memes, community hype, and pure internet fun."

## Market history

DexScreener dates the coin's original PumpSwap and Raydium pools to October 18, 2025, and CoinGecko records its all time low in early November 2025, days into its life. From there the token did what almost no pump.fun launch does: it survived. CoinGecko data shows a grind upward through the winter into an all time high of about 0.005988 dollars on May 19, 2026, an implied market capitalization around 6 million dollars on its billion token supply. Along the way it picked up centralized venues, trading on XT.COM and KCEX alongside its PumpSwap and Meteora pools.

By the standards of its cohort that longevity is the story. Industry research regularly notes that the average pump.fun meme coin is effectively dead within a day of launch; LMAO instead became a fixture of the platform's long tail, resurfacing in momentum lists whenever the broader meme market ran. It drew a fresh burst of attention in the August 2026 rotation, when [[the trenches]] cycled back through the established pump.fun names, though the chart cooled through the month.

## Current status

As of mid August 2026 LMAO! trades at a market capitalization around 2.25 million dollars with daily volume above 100,000 dollars per CoinGecko, down roughly three fifths from the May peak.
