**Chillhouse** (CHILLHOUSE) is an absurdist [[meme coin]] on the [[Solana]] blockchain, launched through [[pump.fun]] in April 2025 as a deliberate parody of two established memes: [[Housecoin]] and [[Chill Guy]]. Its artwork grafts a house onto the Chill Guy character, a mashup Odaily and PANews identify as the work of X user VERYKOOLLUKEY, the coin's deployer and a member of a group chat called Fapital Club where the idea surfaced, with the "Frankenstein's monster" artwork itself credited to community artist 0xRacist. The project has no roadmap or team in the conventional sense and is run as a rolling collective joke. Chillhouse shares that Fapital Club lineage with the coin neet, which gained its own early recognition from the same circle.

## Thoughts on chillhouse?

The coin's signature growth tactic emerged in late May 2025, when community members began mass sending [[KOL|KOLs]] a single direct message: "Thoughts on chillhouse?" The deadpan spam campaign eventually reached figures like Ansem and pump.fun cofounder [[Alon]], and the phrase became a meme of its own across Solana [[crypto twitter]], an early example of [[engagement farming]] by sheer politeness. The community later ran its own bounty economy off the same bit: a June 4, 2026 post from the official account offered 500,000 CHILLHOUSE tokens to "the first person to record themselves saying 'Thoughts on Chillhouse?' 100,000 times," a post that drew over 83,000 views.

## Flipping its own target

Chillhouse passed 10 million dollars in market capitalization within a week of launch. On June 26, 2025, after a 168 percent run to about 26 million dollars, it briefly flipped Housecoin itself, an event Decrypt covered as a parody overtaking the token it was created to mock (see [[Housecoin]]). The community immediately declared Chill Guy, then around 44 million dollars, its next target.

## The provocation meta

After a 75 percent summer correction, Chillhouse returned in October 2025 with a strategy of picking fights upward. Its X account publicly needled Ethereum cofounder Vitalik Buterin, Base lead Jesse Pollak, Solana cofounder [[Anatoly Yakovenko]], and [[Mert Mumtaz]]; the three latter all replied, and CoinMarketCap reported the token surging from about 18 million to over 30 million dollars within seven hours of the stunt. CoinGecko dates the all time high to October 28, 2025, at a price implying roughly 29 million dollars.

## Creator fees and RiccoRosas

By October 2025, six months after launch, Chillhouse had generated close to 169,000 dollars in [[pump.fun]] creator fee revenue. Since July 20, 2026 that income has flowed to RiccoRosas, who now runs the official Chillhouse X account, making Chillhouse one of the most cited case studies of pump.fun's creator income reforms.

## Personalities and insider suspicion

Chillhouse mod Clocktoss, whose bio reads "Art director of everything that moons, Day one sniper, Chillhouse mod," repeatedly answered public jabs from Ansem and others through summer 2026 with the deadpan catchphrase "It's just business," which became a running community line. Bundling suspicion around the deployer lingered even at the coin's most successful stretches: a July 25, 2026 post asking "who would be stupid enough to bundle chillhouse, oh actually I know" drew 31,000 views, an allegation never resolved on chain, showing insider distribution concerns never fully went away.

## Chudhouse, chudinhood, and status

The parody spawned its own parody, chudhouse, a pump.fun coin whose lore casts it as the awkward chud who shows up uninvited to Chillhouse's party; it remained a microcap and sat under 100,000 dollars in market capitalization by mid 2026. In turn, chudhouse was relaunched on [[Robinhood Chain]] under the name chudinhood, with the community tracing the full lineage as "chillhouse which is a derivative of house coin and chill guy, he put the chud meme face on it and called it chudhouse, he relaunched it on robinhood and now he's calling it chudinhood." Chillhouse itself decayed with the broader class: as of mid August 2026 CoinGecko lists it near 2.5 million dollars, about 91 percent under the peak, though it retains listings on Kraken, where it trades directly to USD on Kraken Pro, KCEX, and PumpSwap, and an active holder community. It is remembered as the cycle's cleanest case of meme on meme warfare, a coin whose entire product was commentary on other coins.
